Cancellations

Once your order is placed, the pickup/delivery time slot is reserved for you, and supplies to complete your order are purchased. Orders canceled 14 days or more prior to the pickup/delivery date are eligible for store credit equal to monies paid, however, no refund will be given. Orders canceled less than 14 days prior to the pickup/delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

Delivery Information

Arrangement Deliveries: Balloon Van Gogh hand delivers custom made arrangements to the 5 Boroughs and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance when inserting the address on the product page.

Decor Deliveries: BVG Balloon Decor services parties and events in the tri-state area. Prices are calculated based on size of delivery and distance. Oftentimes, our BVG Mobile Balloon Team will inflate and assemble balloon decor on site.

Balloon Performance

We wish balloons would last forever. At Balloon Van Gogh, we only use the highest grade balloons manufactured, however, even the world’s best balloons are fragile products with a relatively limited life span. When ordering or sending balloons, expect to enjoy them for a minimum of 2 days if used indoors. Under ideal conditions, balloons can look perfect for weeks at a time, but our guarantee is limited to 2 days.
Defective Balloon Policy: In cases where balloons appear defective, Balloon Van Gogh will replace the balloons at no cost if the following conditions are met:

a) Customer advises Balloon Van Gogh of the problem within 2 days of delivery.

b) The defective balloons are on-site and available for pick-up when the replacement balloons arrive.

c) The balloons were not transported from their original delivery location.

Substitutions Policy

Balloon Van Gogh strives to use the same balloon designs that are illustrated on the site. Because each item is handcrafted and meticulously designed as per each order’s customizations, the actual product may vary. Balloon Van Gogh guarantees that the arrangements are created in the same size and style as the provided illustration. For optimal design, substitutions that coordinate best with the designs are utilized.

I want you to make my party mesmerizing! How do I order a balloon installation?

Yay! Let’s get there in two simple steps! First, on the upper section of the page, click the “Contact us here” button. Second, fill in the booking form with your party details and hit “Let’s do it!”

Is there a minimum order every time I purchase balloons?

Yes. There is a $100 minimum order for delivery arrangements such as bouquets and yard installs. For event decor, our minimum price is $350. Prices do not include delivery fees.

Do you deliver? What does it cost?

We calculate delivery fees based on the size of the delivery/install, delivery location, and time. We are 100% transparent with all of our fees and we will inform you of the cost when you request a quote.

Can I pick up an arrangement?

Of course! We offer pickup from our studio in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. Pickups should be done with an SUV/van with the seats down. Please note: we recommend choosing delivery, as the arrangements can get ruined during transport, and we do not guarantee replacements in such situations.

Do you take same-day orders?

We can’t guarantee that we will be able to help you on the same day, but depending on how busy our staff is, it’s worth a try!

How far in advance should I place my order?

Please place your orders as early as possible. We allocate event setup dates and times on a first-come, first-served basis.
