Unless specified otherwise, our balloon deliveries are designed strictly for indoor use. They are not made to endure wind, sun, or any outdoor elements. BVG does not guarantee the durability or quality of balloons if they are taken outside, even for a short moment or a quick photo opportunity.
Keep balloons away from air conditioners, heaters, and direct sunlight, as temperature changes can affect their shape and longevity. Balloons expand when exposed to heat and shrink in cold conditions, which can lead to deflation or popping. To ensure they retain their ideal size and shape, always store balloons in a room with stable, moderate temperatures.
Aside from same-day orders, we inflate all of our foil balloons 1-2 days in advance to ensure that there are no defects or slow leaks. If your foil balloons are shriveling, try moving them to a new spot – it’s possible they are shrinking from cold air or an AC blowing on them.
When we deliver your arrangement, we ensure they are placed in a safe and secure spot. If you need to move the balloons, take extra care when selecting a new surface.
